This project had an accelerated timeline, so it skipped our usual production pipeline. I developed style frames while the script was still evolving, then revised them as the rest of the illustration team began creating assets. To keep everyone aligned, I created handoff documents and walkthrough videos outlining the latest visual direction, what Photoshop brushes to use, and the process for creating the hand-lettered elements. I also provided drawovers and feedback for freelance illustrators throughout production.

In addition to the animation work, the client requested a poster made up of every frame in the video, arranged to form their logo. I reformatted and assembled artwork from both my own illustrations and those of the rest of the team to create the final piece.
